The photoshoot was inspired from the origin of "Banh Mi" - the bread that Vietnamese people are familiar with. 

The series start with the image with the title "French colony." This was when the bread was introduced to Vietnamese when France was invading Vietnam. The series continue with how the Viet people getting used to with the new food and through time, they modify it to become more tasty and flavorful with different ingredients.
